Thermal imaging service launched
Thermal imaging can provide early warning of potential problem areas well in advance, enabling customers to take the necessary action to avoid equipment failure.
The NSF H1 registered Foodlube range already offers the most comprehensive group of high performance food-grade lubricants for the food and other clean industries, but Rocolcare delivers all the far-reaching benefits of these advanced products.
Rocolcare is a complete lubrication management programme which establishes all the safe lubrication needs of the production facility with a detailed initial survey.
From this, Rocol produces a programme to rationalise the lubricant range and usage via its lubrication management software package which produces daily or weekly reports for engineers to ensure correct lubrication of plant and machines at all times.

Rocolcare service engineers conduct all the necessary tasks for customers according to their Rocolcare programme, taking away the hassle of having to ensure the right product is applied at the right time and facilitating a preventative maintenance approach.
They do this by providing ongoing technical input on potential breakdowns and suggestions on where plant efficiency improvements can be made, and offer proactive feedback on processes as well as valuable assistance to customers in the food safety auditing process by supplying any records where and when required, promptly.
From managing the lubrication inventory and servicing and modifying existing lubrication equipment for ease of use, to collecting oil samples, recording analysis results and producing quarterly end user reports, all the key features of this new service engineering facility from Rocol are already proving extremely popular with customers.
The latest addition to the team of Rocol engineers is highly experienced Service Engineer Brian Clementson.
Clementson has a wealth of technical, hands-on experience in the food manufacturing industry having spent many years in senior roles including chief engineer for a leading UK bakery.
David Purvis, Engineering Services Manager for Rocol Lubricants says: "Service engineers provide an extremely valuable extension to our service and one that is designed to make life much easier for our customers".
"The package is designed to offer maximum plant availability for our customers' capital equipment by applying the correct lubricant in the correct place at the correct time, thus allowing our customers the freedom of concentrating on their core manufacturing business, safe in the knowledge their plant is being looked after and lubricated".
"With added engineering and lubrication expertise, this is proving to be a valued and trusted service to our partners in industry".
