Demulsification oil resists constant moisture

A Rocol Lubricants product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Feb 1, 2008

Without an effective demulsifier, serious damage to machinery can occur, effectively reducing overall production efficiency.

Food processing machinery which faces the constant challenge of excess moisture will benefit from a demulsification oil developed by Rocol.

Rapid Demulse 220 is a food-grade demulsification oil which is ideally suited to applications such as water-cooled homogenisers where the rapid separation of water from the oil is vital.

Without an effective demulsifier, serious damage to machinery can occur, effectively reducing overall production efficiency.

The oil is particularly suitable for dairies and soft drinks producers.

The latest addition to the Foodlube range of food-grade lubricants, Rapid Demulse 220 combines excellent performance properties with the all-important NSF H1 registration.

This independent standard assures food and drink processors that the lubricant is certified as safe for incidental food contact.

The lubricant operates within a temperature range between -5 and 130C and comes in 20 and 200 litre packs.

Like all products in the Rocol NSF H1 range, it is manufactured only from FDA-listed ingredients, free from animal-derived materials, nut oils, soya, dairy and genetically modified ingredients.
