Designed for manual loading and a seated operator, the system is fully integrated and ergonomic whilst taking up minimum floor space.

A 40W YAG laser with dynamic beam positioning via galvanometer driven mirrors is the heart of the system offering unparalleled performance in fine welding applications.

The high speed for point-to-point positioning allows multiple spot welds to be carried out in the minimum time - much faster than a CNC system owing to the improved acceleration of galvo technology.

Integration with a vision system using through the lens viewing, allows dynamic compensation for part inconsistency or misorientation.

The system is air cooled and runs from a single phase 13A supply, for minimum investment.

The StarWeld Dynamic is particularly well suited for efficient small series production in electronics, telecommunications, medical devices, job shops or precision mechanical assemblies.

Derived from the technology used in building laser marking systems for over 25 years, this system allows the same flexibility to be used in laser welding applications in a wide range of materials and thicknesses.

Whether spot welding or seam welding in foil, plate, tube or wire the StarWeld Dynamic is the ideal tool for finest laser welding.
