Versatile linear stages ease the design process
OEMs can specify load and movement profile parameters to automatically select, configure and program a linear stage and drive combination that best fits the application.
Software puts control system data on the record
Helps manufacturers automatically identify, gather and configure high-speed detailed data from any control system or human-machine interface software.
They are suitable for applications in the petrochemical, solvent based printing and automotive paint shop industries, where vapours or gases create flammable or explosive environments.
The 1326AH is totally enclosed and does not require any air purge or a secondary enclosure.
It is designed for use with the Allen-Bradley 1394 Servo Control System making it ideally suited to automotive paint shop applications, including paint mixers, paint pumps and the spray bells and reciprocators found within the spray booth.
The motors are totally enclosed, non-ventilated (TENV), square frame design, utilising a permanent magnet rotor and fixed stator winding.
They are designed to provide a long, low maintenance life.
Rare earth magnets, long life ball bearings, and brushless construction provide maximum performance.
The rugged construction incorporates overlapping metal to metal seals.
These ensure that even in the unlikely event of fumes entering the motor and causing an explosion, flames cannot escape from the motor cavity.
Temperature sensors located in each phase of the motor winding protect the motor against damage due to overheating.
Motor sizes include 85.9mm, 109.2mm, and 152.4mm flange.
They are rated for 460V operation and cover the range from 2.9 Nm.
to 17 Nm.
There is the option of a built in fail-safe brake, providing security for the plant operator during routine maintenance or in the event of an emergency.
The motors are UL listed Class 1, Division 1, Groups C and D and CENELEC EEx d IIB T3 - EN 50014 and EN 50018 making them suitable for applications throughout the world.
Rockwell Automation is a major supplier of control products to the automotive industry.
The introduction of the 1326AH range builds on the success of the recently introduced Allen-Bradley FLEX ExTM range of intrinsically safe I/O and extends the scope of supply into the hazardous environment found in automotive paint shop applications.
