SCADA package now packs even more
features
Rockwell Automation has introduced RSView32 Special Edition, which adds a whole range of functions to the package at no extra cost.

RSView already boasts an impressive list of firsts.
It was first with ActiveX container, the first to use Microsoft's Component Object Model (COM) and the first to embed Microsoft's VBA scripting language.
Now it is the first to include advanced trending, recipe management, messaging and statistical process control (SPC).
RSView32 Messenger integrates directly into the alarming and tag database of an existing RSView32 project, providing powerful alarm annunciation, paging and messaging capabilities.
Alarms and simple reports can be announced, through pagers, faxes, e-mail, telephones, or locally using the PC sound card.
RSView32 Messenger accommodates holidays, weekends and any other times when off site notification is required.
Multiple Alarm destinations are supported allowing unacknowledged alarms to be forwarded to other personnel after a specified duration.
The SPC add-on, extends the capabilities of RSView32 by providing real- time Statistical Process Control analysis.
SPC provides statistical methods for analysing and controlling the variation of a process, providing tighter control of production system variables, resulting in increased product quality and improved efficiency.
With RSView32 SPC, users can configure multiple SPC products, each with its own characteristics.
RSView32 TrendX provides comprehensive realtime and historical trending, allowing trend charts to be extensively modified and configured within design and runtime modes.
Users can plot variables against each other (X-Y Plotting), add or delete pens during runtime, change pen colours, markers and scaling and change trend chart features.
RSView32 RecipePro provides enhanced recipe management, allowing the configuration of multiple product recipes and easy transfer of process data recipes to and from automation equipment .
These advanced features would normally be considered as costly extras.
