Passport to safety
In today's marketplace, you have to think globally: that is where functional safety can help.
Low-cost gantries provide rapid motion
Rockwell Automation's Hercules low-cost gantries provide the rapid point-to-point motion common in the electronics/general assembly industries.
This is particularly useful when replacing the contact blocks and lamp assemblies on a densely populated panel where the wiring may make access difficult.
The new 800E-A3L latch makes removal of rear components quick and simple.
To remove an accessory, the user simply rotates the collar with a tool or finger to unlatch.
When the components have been removed, the collar is retained in the unlatched position ready for a replacement unit to be simply clicked into place.
The whole operation can be completed in a matter of seconds.
This new feature makes the extensive 800E range even more attractive to panel builders and OEMs where a contact change can sometimes be a difficult and time consuming operation.
The 800E range of 22.5 mm pushbuttons comprises round and square operators all rated to 1P66.
They comply with all major international standards and are suitable for a wide-variety of demanding industrial applications throughout the world.
The 800E range of front-of-panel components is huge and includes standard and illuminated pushbuttons available in up to eight different colours, pilot lights, manual and key selector switches, multi-function operators, emergency stop stations and joysticks.
Back-of-panel components include contact blocks, lamps and transformers.
There is also a complete range of accessories making the Allen-Bradley range of pushbuttons one of the most comprehensive available.
The new 800E-A3L latch is a significant enhancement to this popular range and makes the fitment and removal of contact blocks and other accessories, even quicker and easier. Request a free brochure from Rockwell Automation ...
