Cut-price PLC drives into budget
applications

To extend the benefits of its latest PLC technology to every conceivable application, Rockwell Automation is offering a new version of its Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1000 for just GBP 63.

To make the benefits of its latest PLC technology available for every conceivable application from tail lifts on vehicles to water treatment Rockwell Automation is offering a new version of its Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1000 for just GBP 63 With six 24V inputs, two relay and two 24V DC transistor outputs, the new MicroLogix 1000 is programmed via an enhanced RS232 port, using the same RS Logix 500 software as its big brothers, the MicroLogix 1200 and 1500

A simple version of the software can even be downloaded free of charge from the Rockwell Automation website.

With this powerful and easy to use software, users can create application programs without having to worry about getting the syntax exactly right.

A project verifier builds a list of errors that can be corrected later.

Drag and drop editing allows elements to be easily moved within a project and a context menu provides access to a variety of application objects.

The new Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1000 allows high capacity programming with its large 1Kbyte user memory.

Bidirectional high-speed inputs at up to 6.6kHz offer real time output response independent of the program scan and the built-in EEPROM retains the users' ladder logic and data if the controller should lose power, so battery backup or separate memory modules are not required.

It provides an entry point to the larger MicroLogix 1000 family, the MicroLogix 1200 and the MicroLogix 1500, which offer expandable I/O for more complex applications.

It meets global standards and provides an ideal blend of functionality, compact dimensions and attractive price.

Today's marketplace is more competitive than ever.

Thriving in such an environment means using the best tools and technologies that the world has to offer.

The new MicroLogix 1000 at this amazing price will allow anyone to experience the benefits of Rockwell Automation's control, whatever their budget or application. Request a free brochure from Rockwell Automation Anorad ...
