Rockwell Automation has launched In.Site Continuous Support, a new service that connects directly to process systems to reduce downtime and maximise productivity for manufacturers.

In.Site is a suite of unique engineering and process monitoring services provided by directly connecting the Rockwell Automation Command Centre to customers' process systems.

ln.Site includes three key elements: continuous 24/7 monitoring and analysis of process line activity; advanced web-enabled tools; and troubleshooting support from trained process engineers.

The services combine Rockwell Automation's process and controls engineering expertise with advanced diagnostic and analysis technology to deliver immediate benefits to manufacturers worldwide.

"In.Site will provide manufacturers with faster, more efficient resolution of process line problems to significantly increase productivity, reduce downtime, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)", said Scott Lapcewich, Director of Service Products at Rockwell Automation.

From the In.Site Command Centre, Rockwell Automation engineering teams utilise real-time process system monitoring software to analyse production information and proactively troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing problems.

A secure, high speed direct network connection to instruments and process systems provides real-time access to detailed production information to allow unprecedented levels of diagnostic, analysis, and problem resolution support.

With In.Site Continuous Support, customers gain the benefits of effectively having a team of experienced engineers on-site, keeping careful watch over every process variable - all day, every day.

Rockwell Automation's suite of In.Site Continuous Support services includes: In.Site Continuous Process System Monitoring, 24/7 continuous process line monitoring and proactive diagnostics by a dedicated team of Rockwell Automation engineers.
