"The portable data collector and analyser is a key component of any condition-based maintenance programme", explains Ralph DeLisio, Business Manager, Integrated Condition Monitoring, Rockwell Automation.
"Rockwell Automation is committed to providing customers with advances in technology and integration that provide the best business value".
The Enpac 2500 contains many user-friendly features that make it ideal for safe and efficient data collection in a variety of industrial environments, these include: its small, rugged, lightweight design; speeds of up to 50% faster; an intuitive icon-driven menu system; and an easy-to-read quarter-VGA colour display.
To cater for harsh environments, it has a MIL810 spec drop rating, IP65 sealing (dust and waterproof) and an operating temperature range from -10 to +50C.
With a large, virtually unlimited memory capacity, the data collector is supported by Rockwell Automation's industry-leading Emonitor Enterprise software.
Advanced functions - such as two-plane balancing and two-channel functionality - make it just as suitable for the experienced analyst as it is for the beginner.
The Enpac 2500 uses spike energy and ESP technology for early bearing wear detection and other potential problems related to lubrication and pump cavitation.
It also includes a patented internal laser tachometer that allows the user to take speed and phase measurements without additional equipment.
