Unique to Bryant are a range of tapered tubes and tapered rollers, produced by the company's AirformT CNC forming process.
This unique production method obviates the need for hard tooling, allowing any taper angle to be specified without any cost premium.
It also produces rollers of extraordinary accuracy and superior concentricity.
A wide range of diameters, lengths, materials and special finishes are available.
Individual rollers are complemented by Bryant's troughing roller assemblies, available in a variety of sizes and configurations.
These comprise thermoplastic rollers mounted on a stainless steel frame and are primarily intended for use in food processing.
Available in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and pvc, the Bryant range of precision grade head and tail pulleys are designed to eliminate the trapping of debris or bacteria, an important advantage in food handling applications.
Customers can choose from four outer shell profiles - straight face, tapered crown, trapezoidal crown and pulley with 'v' groove.
Completing the Teletrack range are custom belt and chain guards which feature tapered profile sides, interlocking safety side rails and heavy gauge flattened and expanded metal side faces to allow for cooling and ventilation.
Whilst the lion's share of all requirements can easily be met by this exceptionally wide range of components, Bryant also has the expertise and facilities to provide custom machining and fabrication.
