Not all coding applications can be met by an ink jet printer in isolation. More often than not, an automation system is required.
Programmable screwdriving at lower cost
The new programmable Werner screwdriver from RA Rodriguez adds considerable value to an already proven multi-axis system.
Each of the four basic types has its own operating principle and is in turn available in a range of variants to suit the application.
Manufactured by Italian company Zetasassi, these new additions to the RA Rodriguez conveyor product range are available ex-stock.
The TO series are plunge-type tighteners, designed to be highly durable and suited to operating temperatures of up to 100C.
A food version with stainless-steel studs and spring can also be specified.
A tightening head made from a special wearproof plastic and high tensile steel ground studs are the characteristics of the TA series, models of which can also be ordered in single, double and triple configurations.
Should high temperature operation be the prime consideration, the ET type is the best option.
The swivel coil spring operation of the TC models makes them the ideal choice for applications where the working angle is greater than 45 degrees in both directions of rotation.
As their design employs no synthetic materials, these tighteners can safely be used at temperatures above 100C.
Also part of this range are the automatic belt tightening pulleys.
The RH series are characterised by an elastomeric spring.
In common with the other types, they are available in a range of options including polythene head, with sprocket and bearing or pulley and bearings.
Completing this product programme is the GA type that provides the option of manual chain adjustment.
