Modular automation for ink jet coding
Not all coding applications can be met by an ink jet printer in isolation. More often than not, an automation system is required.
Accordingly they can be mixed and matched to meet higher torque requirements.
For sintered products these are classed as high precision and as they are also oil impregnated, a long operating life is assured.
The outside diameter of the range is from 7 to 65.6mm, pitch diameter from 6 to 64mm and total length from 7 to 10mm.
Also new to the recently published KHK catalogue is the Fairloc hub acetal spur gears.
These plastic gears benefit from an integral stainless steel hub with locking mechanism.
The clever design therefore removes the need for keyways, pins and grub screws, providing a swift and easy means of fitting a gear to a shaft.
Available in three modules, the range has an outside diameter from 15 to 102mm, pitch diameter from 14 to 100mm and total length from 13.4 to 14.8mm.
