Modular automation for ink jet coding
Not all coding applications can be met by an ink jet printer in isolation. More often than not, an automation system is required.
With the introduction of new Greenlign designs last year RA Rodriguez could already boast the widest the choice of plastic housed bearings.
The new miniature additions give RA Rodriguez even greater scope to provide the right product for the job.
The new range introduces two basic types, the 2N two-hole flanged bearing and the 4N, its four-hole counterpart.
Each housing type is available in a range of sizes to accommodate a self-aligning stainless steel insert bearing with bore diameters from 3 to 12mm.
The housings are precision moulded from high-tensile plastic with strength characteristics comparable with those of die cast metal alloy.
However, unlike cast iron housings, their smooth surface is easily cleaned and will not corrode, chip or scratch.
