The IEF Werner Easyline linear motion system from RA Rodriguez is suited to automated production in the medical, pharmaceutical and electronics sectors.
The package comprises linear axis with toothed belt drive, stepper motor, controller, amplifier software and clamping system.
The carriage plate uses four recirculating linear ball bushings to ensure high speeds and smooth motion.
This plug-and-play system allows for the easy programming of up to 16 positioning points and provides stroke lengths from 100mm to 5.5m.
Positioning speed is 830mm/sec with repeatable accuracy to +/-0.05mm.
A Profibus or CAN interface is optionally available.
