Range offers more clamping possibilities
A new work-holding range allows greater adaptation of clamping elements to suit various component sizes, working areas, clamping surfaces and machining tasks while maintaining position accuracy.
VarioLine, from Hilma-Roemheld, allows greater adaptation of clamping elements to suit various component sizes, working areas, clamping surfaces and machining tasks while maintaining position accuracy It enables rapid and user friendly setting up to suit work pieces of different sizes including horizontal and vertical applications
It can also be adapted to special clamping tasks using special or standard jaws.
VarioLine is available in a mechanical-hydraulic design for manual operation or a hydraulic design with individual types of control and a separate pressure transducer.
It is available in three different jaw widths: 100mm with a clamping force of 25kN and capacity of 390mm; 125mm with a clamping force of 40kN and capacity of 724mm; and 160mm with a clamping force of 60kN and capacity of 778mm. Request a free brochure from Roemheld UK ...
