The new generation Stark zero point mounting system with double pressure control from Roemheld is the only mounting system on the market to guarantee 100% safety during power workholding.
There is also good news for existing users of Zero Point Mounting systems as the new double pressure control can be retrofitted on all systems.
Its unique design means that the double controlled vertically aligned clamping elements enable equipment to be mounted and locked in place without falling off.
Even during the process of removal, components cannot fall off, making the whole application safer and far more flexible in its operation.
For decades Stark has been developing and manufacturing zero point mounting systems.
Today, the range includes products for manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic applications - all designed to increase productivity and reduce downtime: critical factors in today's lean manufacturing environment.
The ingress of swarf and cutting fluids, that can cause problems during automatic applications, have been eliminated due to the features of automatic blow off, central locking and integrated surface control.
Built in "flow power valves" that allow for integrated liquid circuits are also a unique feature of this range.
