The Quintus quick clamping block offers flexible and highly efficient five-axis machining designed to dramatically reduce setup times, saving resources, time and money.

This latest extension to the Stark zero point mounting range, available exclusively in the UK from Roemheld, enables safe, fast tool change across various clamping systems.

The benefits of Quintus, with an integral mechanically operated zero point mounting system, are quickly realised as vices, pallets, fixtures, chucks and jigs can all be changed in seconds.

Used in conjunction with the Hilma Mini clamp, Quintus provides the ultimate in workholding for five-axis machining.

Full clamping force is reached in just 2.5 revolutions of the spindle and no external power source is required.

Short tools can be used without risk of collision and the component can be placed high up in the machining envelope.
