Roemheld makes it easier for smaller companies to start using hydraulic clamping with the launch of its Matrix system.
Roemheld has made it easier for smaller companies to start using hydraulic clamping with the launch of its Matrix system.
These low-cost sets include clamping elements and claws that can be directly mounted onto the machine tool table as well as the necessary hydraulic pipework and a pressure generator.
Individual clamping and unclamping times can be reduced.
Through simple positioning of the clamping elements, the system can be adjusted to different workpiece sizes.
The Matrix sets of swing clamps, hand slide clamps and clamping and locking elements provide flexibility even for applications that require four clamping points.
For such tasks, a clamping element with integrated work support is available which supports the workpiece from below.
The three remaining elements are adjusted by intermediate flanges to the same overall height.
