Hinge clamp range uses revolutionary kinematics to offer double-acting low-cost hydraulic clamping with numerous mounting and connection options.

Roemheld has expanded its popular swing clamp range with the launch of its most versatile clamping elements ever.

The new hinge clamp range uses revolutionary kinematics to offer double-acting low-cost hydraulic clamping with numerous mounting and connection options.

The clamping lever is completely retractable, which enables unimpeded loading and unloading of components.

The hinge clamp range has also been designed to ensure ease of cleaning and maintenance with a metal wiper designed to stop any ingress of swarf or coolant penetrating the working area of the clamp.

The compact design of this clamping range includes a partially immersed body, with position control available as inductive or passive within the clamping range.

Offering a wide range of oil mounting possibilities.

The specially designed kinematics of the clamping arrangement ensures that clamping is carried out with virtually no cross loads being applied to the work piece, which is especially useful when looking to clamp delicate or sensitive parts.

The range will operate at up to 250bar allowing end users to obtain working clamping pressures of 4kN.
