Chris Rand and Jason Churchill enjoyed an exciting day at the British Touring Car Championships as winners of competitions held by Roemheld during the MACH 2006 show.
Chris Rand from Woolley GMC in Coventry and Jason Churchill from Mercedez Benz Performance Engines enjoyed an exciting day at the British Touring Car Championships as winners of competitions held by Roemheld during the MACH 2006 show.
Rand was the winner of the Roemheld Stark Time Trial and Churchill won the stand free prize draw.
They spent the day at Donington Park, as guests of Team Halfords, with behind the scenes access to the Team Halfords pit area.
They were also able to chat to the Team Halfords lead driver and reigning BTCC champion, Matt Neal.
Chris Rand (no relation) said: "It was a fantastic day out and the Team Halfords guys were great hosts".
"Taking part in the Stark time trial at the show was a real eye-opener as it demonstrated just how quick and easy it was to change over the components - with the added bonus of my winning a day out at the British Touring Car Championships".
