Roemheld will exhibit a range of Quick Die change equipment at Subcon 2009.
This will include demonstrations of the different benefits of mechanical, hydraulic and magnetic clamping-systems and displays of the optimum ways to change over dies quickly and effectively for maximum repeatability.
Special offers will be available on machine vices, with special discounts on show orders.
There will also be daily prize draws to win special Roemheld goody bags.
A selection of the Roemheld range of five-axis vices will demonstrate how gripping on 3mm should be carried out.
These vices offer significant savings on raw materials and the component can be positioned and clamped on the machine table in the optimum position to reduce spindle tooling.
Roemheld will also display its recently introduced range of assembly and handling equipment.
The Roemheld Modulog range enables the safe and efficient handling and movement of heavy loads by operators.
As well as making assembly processes and materials-handling operations safer and more efficient, it also improves the quality of the products and production throughput.
