Next generation for electronic valve actuation
Actuation market leader Rotork announces the introduction of the next generation of intelligent valve actuation.
Since each master station can control up to 240 valve actuators and field devices, using a keyboard saves a considerable amount of time and eliminates many repetitive scrolling actions from the programming operation.
Pakloader also automatically records all the site settings and parameters from all the field units, enabling them to be saved, printed out or downloaded and installed on other master stations, a feature which is not available from the Pakscan master station itself.
Pakloader will operate on any PC or laptop computer with a Windows 95, 98 or NT operating system running.
The software is supplied on CD and comes complete with two adapters for connection to the master station, one for the Pakscan IIE system, which controls up to 240 actuators, and one for the Pakscan IIS, which includes sequence and interlock control on a loop of up to 32 actuators.
