Newcastle-based hydraulic manufacturing company, Rotary Power, aims to meet the increasing variety of industrial demands for smaller displacement pumps with precision metering capabilities.

The company has now extended its proven C range of chemical axial piston pumps with the launch of a new 2cm3, C01 model.

This latest high-performance pump is not only suitable for all types of polyol blends and isocyanates for the polyurethane foam market, but also for many applications that require accurate and repetitive dosing of chemical fluids.

Like all pumps in the C range, the C01 pump incorporates precision controls for fine flow adjustment down to 10% of maximum.

Performance capabilities readily satisfy the most challenging of customer requirements.

Through-case suction draws fresh fluid in and around the bearings and other "hotspots", minimising the risk of hard crystals developing within the pump.

A leakage indicator and service friendly sealing systems provide maximum operator protection from hazardous fluids.
