Call for papers for RubberChem 2004
RubberChem 2004 will provide an opportunity for all those involved in the elastomer trade to discuss developments and address problems currently faced by the industry.
Since the first RubberChem conference in 1999, there have been a number of new developments in both products and techniques in the rubber industry.
The conference deals with the ingredients used in the production of rubber compounds and the associated processing equipment to produce the mix.
Major changes have taken place within the company structure of the chemicals providers to the rubber industry.
Each of the RubberChem conferences has been very successful in highlighting current developments of the period and in providing stimulation of thought and assisted in problem resolution for the delegates attending the sessions.
This year the RubberChem conference will be held in Birmingham, UK between the 9th and 10th November 2004.
The conference will provide an opportunity for all those involved in the elastomer trade to discuss developments and address problems currently faced by the industry.
RubberChem 2004 provides an opportunity for industrial technologists, engineers and technicians to gain new knowledge of products and processes and to provide a forum for discussion between delegates of topics of mutual interest and concern.
Personnel from industrial users of the products of the rubber industry can also benefit from a better understanding of the products and problems associated with their purchases.
The RubberChem 2004 conference also presents an ideal opportunity for the manufacturers of both materials and equipment to present their new products and to make delegates aware of the way the thinking and practices of the rubber industry are developing for the future.
Papers are now being invited for submission for this renowned conference on topics including compounding materials innovations, processing and mixing technology, processing additive systems, vulcanising agents and systems, antidegradants, plasticisers and process oils, protective agents, fillers, mould release systems, extenders, environmental considerations, health and safety, enhancement and modification technology and material handling.
