Rapra Technology will use Interplas 05 to promote the key growth areas in a business that is currently enjoying a rapid rate of expansion.
"Our sales performance and head count has been rising for the past nine months, based on the popularity of some redefined key offerings", says Rapra Marketing Manager, Richard Walton.
"We will therefore be making a strong showing at Interplas 05 highlighting our product design and testing services, as well as our newly launched Rapra Pharmaceutical and Rapra Environmental brands", he adds.
New business development managers have been brought into the Rapra organisation to drive forward these expansions, effectively growing new business units within the umbrella Rapra structure.
In addition, Rapra continues to make significant investment in areas such as advanced design software and chemical analytical equipment.
"Our aim is to build client-focused teams, equipped with the latest tools, to offer the highest quality service to new product developers in general, to offer specialised services to companies in the pharma sector, and to assist companies seeking to reduce energy costs or minimise waste", says Walton.
Rapra will also use Interplas 05 to demonstrate the benefits of collaborative research projects with the Shawbury-based organisation.
"Based on an increasingly successful performance in Europe", says Walton, "this pan-European collaborative research work is currently our fastest growing activity".
"We therefore wish to encourage other researchers, companies and institutions at Interplas to talk with us about their special interests since we are confident in our abilities to attract funding and to launch and manage research activity".
At Interplas 05 Rapra will be showcasing its traditional expertise and experience as an independent polymer analysis and test-house, as a provider of contracted-out testing and analysis work, and as a provider of services and information for a whole range of polymer user industry interests in areas such as automotive, medical and healthcare and packaging.
