Ultrasonic vibration directly to screening meshes

A Rotex Europe product story

The Rotex ultrasonex system utilises a transducer probe to apply an ultrasonic vibration directly to the screening mesh.

The Rotex ultrasonex system utilises a transducer probe to apply an ultrasonic vibration directly to the screening mesh.

The Rotex Ultrasonex action injects a secondary high frequency, low amplitude vibration to improve mesh deblinding and screener performance.

The system includes a highly efficient Control Unit in either 110 or 220 volts.

Touch panel controls enable many of the settings to be easily adjusted by the operator - allowing transducer probe kit for optimal performance.

The Rotex Ultrasonex action greatly increases mesh life, since there is no harsh abrasive action to impair tension and cause wear.

A fully detachable Ultrasonic Probe incorporates a titanium core, making it highlydurable and non-wearing on contact surfaces.

The probe interfaces with the S-shaped resonator on the top-quality stainless steel metal mesh surface.

Each assembly is 100% factory tested for acoustic coupling before shipment.

The Rotex Ultrasonex System applies an ultrasonic vibration directly to the separator screen via the S-shaped resonator.

By eliminating the blinding caused by surface tension, the Rotex Ultrasonex System allows for increased throughput.

The improved throughput can now be obtained without the resulting fallout from conventional equipment - making it perfect for difficult or sticky screening applications such as metal powders, electrostatic powder paint, pharmaceuticals, food, ceramics, and toner powder.

The system solves the problem of uneven loading.

Constant feedback from the separator screen to the Control Unit monitors the throughput of material in the system.

When there is a heavy loading on the separator screen, the control unit will increase the power, maintaining the amplitude of the ultrasonic energy needed to pass materials through without blinding.

The Rotex Ultrasonex System is capable of screening sticky or difficult powders through meshes as fine as 20um.

Fine screening at unusually high efficiency and capacity has resulted in the continuing development of hundreds of applications throughout many industries.

The elimination of mesh blinding or blocking ensures that powders are screened through the aperture size you require.

The Rotex Ultrasonex System ensures accurate separations that can subsequently improve profitability.

Freedom from clogged screens eliminated the need for scrapers or brushes which might introduce contamination.

Since there are no abrasive mechanical actions, the Rotex Ultrasonex System increases screening capacities and reduces mesh breakage.
