Rotork Valvekits has a new range of high-quality fabricated steel handwheels for valves, gearboxes, shutters, chainwheels and many other industry applications.

The standard range of pin-driven wheels is available on next day delivery in sizes from 150 to 1200mm in a variety of materials and finishes including stainless steel and powder coatings.

Customised wheels can also be delivered on short lead times.

Options include galvanised coatings, smooth or 'nonslip' rims, padlocking flanges, handles for single-handed operation and direction markings in any language.

Structurally, customers can specify fabricated or pressed steel construction, the number of spokes, rim pull or specific torque requirements.

All are available with pinned, square/hexagonal or keyed drives.

Manufactured by ASME trained welders and guaranteed for 36 months, the new handwheels are available in the UK and throughout Europe, where recent orders include an application in the harsh environment of the offshore oil and gas industry.
