Using a new 400t Maplan horizontal injection press equipped with automatic demoulding, the press runs operator free.
Equipped with a PC 4000 controller and a shot size capacity of 2500cm3, the machine's advanced engineering and optimum temperature control enables the system to process both standard and difficult custom compound formulations.
Part designers dealing with specific performance problems such as hardness, fluid resistance, temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, shrinkage, elongation, modulus and cost will find Rubber Industries experienced and equipped to solve their design requirements.
Using the latest technical expertise and elastomeric chemistry, the company will analyse material needs and recommend a standard formula.
Or, with its in-house lab and mixing capabilities, it will develop a specific custom-formulated material that is compatible with performance, colour and cost objectives.
The company also provides engineering assistance for product design and development.
In addition to complete capabilities for large volume production of custom moulded rubber parts using injection processes, the company has a full range of moulding capabilities for parts of any size configuration in medium and prototype quantities.
