The DPCM is protected against electromagnetic interference and emissions DEF STAN 59-41A and IP65 sealed to protect against dust and water ingress.

This is a true rugged portable that can be deployed and remain operational in the battlefield environment and has recently been awarded a Tempest AMSG788A certification.

The DPCM uses single board computer technology.

Processors start at Pentium III 700MHz with up to 1Gbyte memory, 15in TFT flat panel display, 20Gbyte removable hard disk drive, CD or RW-CD with DVD, FDD and PCMCIA.

Ext VGA, serial, parallel and Ethernet video are all available in the standard configuration.

New additional features include fibre optic Ethernet, four USB ports and Mil-Stan 38999 interface connectors.

The flexible design of the DPCM allows it to be mounted in a 19in rack system or in a vehicle without the need for additional AV mounts.

A breakout box on the rear of the unit allows for customisation to exactly meet requirements.

The DPCM is supplied by either 19-32V DC or 90-264V AC, and has an internal battery giving up to 4h battery life.
