New from Rugged Technologies, the low-cost ATX-800 industrial computer is based on the new Intel D915GAVL motherboard.

Thanks to heavy duty steel construction and positive pressure filtered cooling, the ATX-800 can withstand heavy shocks, dust, humidity, vibration and high temperature in the toughest of environments.

The chassis is a 4U industrial computer that is available in bench or rack-mount form.

A bay and power switch protection door is provided to prevent accidental or unauthorised manipulation of the system.

Power supply options include 24V DC, auto ranging ATX VAC and dual redundant AC.

The processor is either a Celeron 2.8GHz or a Pentium IV Prescot 3.2GHz 800FSB with support for up to 4Gbyte system memory, eight USB ports, one serial, one parallel, onboard Intel GMA900 graphics, 10/100 LAN and minimum 80Gbyte SATA hard disk drives which have the option of being removable.

With 3 year warranty options and prices starting at GBP 845, the Rugged Technologies ATX-800 makes harsh environment reliability more affordable than ever.
