A heavy-duty clamping handle range with nylon handles tightened by allen key has reinforced die-cast zinc inserts and is also available in various ratchet materials/threads.

Rencol's range of clamping handleshas been extended to four separate ranges in a variety of sizes, materials and handles/cap colour combinations, with handles manufactured in plastic or diecast zinc materials.

Two of the ranges consist of standard 15% glass-filled nylon handles with brass, zinc plated steel or stainless steel threaded ratchet inserts.

Handle lengths range from 43 to 104mm with standard thread sizes from M5 to M16.

The two ranges consist of traditional straight shape or ergonomically shaped handles.

Different glass-filled percentages can also be provided for low minimum order quantities (MOQ).

Standard handle lengths in this range vary from 42 to 83 mm, with thread sizes from M5 to M12.

The final range has ergonomic shaped die-cast zinc handles with steel or stainless steel threaded ratchets.

Handle lengths range from 42 to 108 mm, with standard thread sizes from M5 to M16.

All the handles can be supplied in black or orange, with a very low MOQ (typically 300 pieces) for special requests in most RAL colours or special threads.

All ranges are available as standard in both male and female thread versions.

Clamping handles are used in a wide variety of manufacturing sectors, including medical and mobility aid equipment, industrial machinery, office furniture, sports and fitness equipment, catering and packaging machinery.
