Sarel reckons its new Spacial 3D product range sets new standards for convenience, ease of use, and value for money in steel wall-mounting enclosures.

Available in 15 standard colours, and in a wide variety of application-specific versions, Sarel reckons its new Spacial 3D product range sets new standards for convenience, ease of use, and value for money in steel wall-mounting enclosures.

Offering IP66 protection as standard for single-door types, Sarel's new enclosures are available in sizes from 300 x 200 x 150 to 1200 x 1000 x 300mm.

Sarel's Spacial 3D range is manufactured in Europe's most modern enclosure production plant, which represents an investment of more than GBP 10 million.

The range includes modular-distribution, terminal, operator interface, 19in electronic, double-safety, EMC and stainless-steel enclosures.

All of these, when used in appropriate applications, offer increased convenience and versatility compared with standard boxes, leading to big savings in time and cost.

For even greater flexibility, Spacial 3D enclosures are complemented by a range of support arms which, for example, allow the operator interface panels to be suspended above the machine they control.

Available with fixed or rotating joints, the support arms are offered in lengths up to 2m.

Users with applications not covered by application-specific products can still enjoy the full benefits of the new range by using Spacial 3D universal enclosures.

As standard, the boxes are supplied with reversible doors, and are offered with a wide choice of mounting chassis and gland plate options.

They can, if required, be configured by having accessories fitted prior to delivery, and they are also available in fully customised versions with, for example, special cutouts and paint finishes.

Many of the enclosures in the Spacial 3D range are available with the option of glazed doors.

These feature a new design of glazing aperture with square corners, which allows users to make full use of the space available in the enclosure, even when equipment mounted close to the enclosure walls must be readily visible through the door.

Spacial 3D enclosures offer outstanding strength and durability, combined with remarkably light weight.

Their plasma-welded, folded, cross-structure construction gives them an IK10 impact protection rating, and they are finished in 100% polyester UV-resistant paint which ensures long life in even the harshest operating conditions.
