A new design of coupling is suitable for use on all refrigeration circuits.
The new SPF range of couplings is of flat faced, non-spill design and provides long-term leak tightness, fluid losses are eliminated.
Double sealing barriers give a high level of leak tightness in both the connected or disconnected position, important when CFCs are involved.
In addition, in the connected position the leak tight dust caps can be screwed together to give a completely clean seal.
This new coupling is a patented design and represents a major technological development in connections for refrigerant fluids.
Connections and disconnection can be carried out with a pressure differential of 35bar between upstream and downstream circuits.
They are available with any end connection options to ensure connection without the need for intermediary adapters.
Staubli will manufacture the exact connection profile required to meet any specific application.
The SPF is quick, reliable and easy to use.
The short helix screw lock gives a perfectly safe coupling.
The coupling is suitable for the most demanding applications in the industrial, medical, railway and aerospace sectors as well as for air conditioning equipment in both commercial and residential locations.
