Refuelling is quicker, any chance of misalignment is eliminated, access is only required to one side of the car and just one operator can safely refuel.
The coupling fully complies with FIA regulations.
The locking mechanism is failsafe; fuel will not flow unless the coupling is correctly seated and flow is stopped immediately if operator pressure is removed.
Five security pins prevent any fuel release until the nozzle is securely connected to the socket.
Each nozzle is fitted with a polyurethane sleeve to withstand shocks.
It is designed for both pressurised and gravity filling applications and is suitable for all types of fuel, including methanol.
Staubli's clean break technology provides absolute nonspill refuelling.
