Staubli produces connection products and solutions for applications from air lines to quick mould clamping systems and from breathing air equipment to special vehicle hydraulics.

Typical applications are found on pneumatic tools, ring mains, press tools and test benches.
Temperature control couplings make connections safer and circuit identification much easier.
The design permits close-spaced installation in confined locations and the couplings are quick and easy to connect, highly reliable and designed for one-handed operation.
Typical applications are temperature control circuits on plastic or aluminium injection moulds as well as cold, chilled or hot water circuits.
Nonspill couplings suit applications where any leakage would be totally unacceptable.
The couplings are compact with a flush-faced design preventing any air inclusion in the system when connecting, as well as avoiding any spillage on disconnection.
The bayonet locking system provides a safe, quick and reliable connection suitable for high-vibration applications.
Typical applications include all types of fluids and gases in the chemical, process engineering and defence markets.
High-pressure, flush faced, nonspill couplings incorporate a self-guiding connection system in which a centring cone located on the socket face guides the plug into the socket to facilitate "blind" connection and allow connection/disconnection with one hand.
For breathing air applications Staubli provides a range of products that provides a safer and more cost-effective alternative to dedicated ring mains or compressors.
The company produces a range of quick release connectors on a single multicoupling plate, providing quick connection of air, water, hydraulics, electrics and data.
Multicouplings often provide a significant single improvement in changeover times for applications as diverse as automotive engine test beds, railway rolling stock bogies, robot tool changers and injection moulding machines.
Staubli automatic changers eliminate the need for additional robots, saving floor space.
Automatic and simultaneous connection of all fluid lines is included, as well as signal connections such as required for actuators and sensors through bus systems or fibre optics, and energy connections.
Typical applications range from gripper changing on injection moulding right through to demanding welding and riveting tasks.
