Seaward expands its range of electrical testing
Seaward Electronic is expanding its 800 series of test instruments for electrical test applications.
Seaward Electronic is expanding its 800 series of test instruments for electrical test applications.
The centrepiece of the range is the IR800 insulation and continuity tester, which complies with EN61557, EN1010 and all safety, environmental and EMC requirements.
The simple to use hand held and battery operated tester incorporates a number of advanced features including voltage measurements up to 1000AC or DC, a dual safety rating and robust design capable of meeting the rigorous demands of all field testing applications.
The IR800 is also supported by a range of high specification and competitively priced multimeters and clampmeters that combine accuracy with a number of enhanced operating features.
The DM800 digital multimeter provides accurate AC voltage measurement up to 750V and DC voltages up to 1,000V.
DC current measurement is up to 6mA.
The high specification DM800R measures AC and DC currents of up to 10A.
The CM800 clamp multimeter instrument features a 4000 count digital backlit display, with accurate AC current measurement up to 600A and AC and DC voltages up to 600V and resistance measurement up to 400 ohms.
The 800 range is completed by an innovative current and voltage meter - the ET800.
This new tester uses open jaw technology for the automatic measurement of AC current up to 200A, together with AC and DC voltage to 600V and resistance within a 2000 Ohms range.
The 800 series is complemented by the Checkbox 16 handheld unit which confirms the functionality and accuracy of installation tester readings as required by NICEIC inspections.
