Advanced PATSolutions for effective electrical safety testing from Seaward Electronic.
Seaward Electronic has developed a new integrated electrical safety testing solution for contractors involved in portable appliance testing.
The new Advanced PATSolutions package is designed to enable electrical contractors, test engineers and appliance service teams the opportunity to work smarter, improving productivity and effectiveness.
The Advanced PATSolutions package is intended for those electrical engineers and contractors that have an electrical safety testing responsibility in larger workplaces where a computer-based records system is required, alongside the automatic tagging and labelling of appliances after testing.
The concept offers a choice of test instruments, together with various accessory and software options as well as training, service and calibration support.
Test instrument options available in the Advanced PATSolutions package comprise the multi-function Supernova Plus, Europa Plus or Prime Test 300 safety testers.
These advanced technology testers combine user-friendly operation with the internal storage of test results for comprehensive safety testing applications.
The Supernova and Europa models both have a dual voltage test capability and the former is also equipped for flash testing.
The lightweight and battery powered PrimeTest 300 incorporates special Bluetooth technology to make workplace testing faster and more efficient.
Supporting the testers is a range of test and data management software options from the Seaward PatGuard range.
These powerful programs facilitate the fast and easy transfer of test results from the instrument into database record keeping systems capable of providing a range of reporting, test scheduling, asset tracking and other analysis formats, depending on the extent of the PAT service being provided.
The tester and data management software is accompanied by full training, service and calibration services as part of the integrated PATSolutions package.
In addition to the Advanced PATSolutions range, Seaward provides other PATSolutions packages to meet the different test system needs of all electrical contractors as well as safety and facilities managers or service engineers that carry out in-house electrical safety testing.
