Conferences explain Code of Practice changes
Seaward is hosting presentations on the IEE's new Code of Practice for the In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment at locations around the country over the rest of the year.
Seaward Electronic is organising a series of seminars to explain the implications of the recently published third edition of the IEE's new Code of Practice for the In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.
An earlier series of seminars on this topic was over-subscribed and Seaward will now be hosting a rolling programme of presentations at various locations around the country over the rest of the year.
Half-day seminars will be held in Durham, Manchester, Birmingham and London Heathrow during May, July, October, November and January.
Full details of dates and venues will be regularly updated on the Seaward website.
The new IEE Code of Practice is relevant to all those portable appliance testing contractors, service engineers and facilities and safety managers with a responsibility for workplace safety under the Electricity At Work Regulations 1989.
Portable appliance test specialists from Seaward will explain the full details and implications of the changes and all delegates to the seminars will also receive a free copy of Seaward's revised guide to portable appliance testing.
A free, revised Seaward Guide to PAT testing is also available to download from the Seaward website.
