Available now from Saelig, the TS-2100-USB-B is a low-cost high-quality full-featured CCD-based barcode reader.

The unit reads (and auto-discriminates) all the common barcode symbologies (Code 39, Full ASCII Code 39, UPC/EAN/JAN, Codabar, Interleaved 2/5, Code 128, Code 11, Code 93, MSI/PLESSEY, Code 4 etc) at 100 scans per second, accurately reading barcodes from 2 to 8in away.

The TS-2100-USB-B is USB-connected and powered, and enters data in exactly the same way as keyboard entry (keyboard wedge mode).

This is great for users of QuickBooks and other accounting and stock control software.

The TS-2100-USB-B is supplied with detailed instructions and software for producing inventory-control barcode labels, which will allow users to accurately and automatically enter product information into application software, keep tight control of stock and provide traceability of items through the supply chain.

The TS-2100-USB-B is housed in a drop-proof, lightweight attractive two-tone ABS housing, and can be placed in an optional hands-free stand.

The 2000-pixel CCD uses built-in 660nm LED illumination.

The TS-2100-USB-B is available now from stock, complete with software and USB cable, at US $97.00 each.
