Sibus introduce a new concept for the drying of friable, granular, flaked or other 'formed' materials - the innovative range of Agitated Fluidised Trough (AFT) Dryers.

These dryers are based on the 'fluid bed' principle but without the poor energy efficiencies, excessive air volumes and hygiene problems associated with conventional flat deck fluid bed and band dryers.

The AFT Dryers have a unique U-shaped drying chamber, specially designed gentle paddle rotor and a unique 'nose' screen that the material is subject evenly to the low volume hot air without the risk of screen blockage.

The result is super efficient drying with low air flow, high energy efficiency and with variable temperature drying zones to give complete control over the drying process - all controlled via a 'Touch Screen' PLC panel.

Other key advantages include: Significantly lower footprints; Complete dryer clean out; 'First in - first out' material drying principle'; Precise control over variable bed depth.
