The Sibus Power Separator separates off-spec products from packaging, so product can be recycled leaving the containers and packaging to be reclaimed

The Sibus Power Separator separates off-spec products from packaging.

The product can be recycled leaving the containers and packaging to be reclaimed thereby eliminating the need and expense of landfill and the ever-increasing financial burden of landfill tax.

The Power Separator can be used on virtually any processed bulk product with a combination of ferrous and non-ferrous metal, glass, foil, paper, card or plastic packaging.

The system successfully handles beverages, soft drinks, detergents, food, dairy, bakery, oil, creams, pastes and other packaged products in aerosols, cans, bottles, sachets, tubs, tins and wrappers.

The list continues to grow.

It has even efficiently separated plaster from board, fibre from disposable nappies and tea from tea bags.

The system has a rapid payback time due to its very high efficiency, in some cases better than 98%.

Complete systems are offered by Sibus, including design and supply of a totally packaged solution including upstream and downstream handling, conveyors, downstream separation, drying and control systems.

Sibus offer trials on their customers products at their fully equipment Test Plant Facility in Penrith.
