FL Series magnetic float level sensors are custom manufactured to user specifications and are available in a wide choice of materials and mounting configurations.

The FLR base model is engineered for rugged, hostile applications and is available in lengths to 3900mm.

The FLE base model is designed for light duty applications and is available in lengths to 600mm.

The FL series is suitable for any number of industrial, machinery and process control applications.

Some include: control - in processing petrochemicals, iron, steel, chemicals and food; OEM - as a reliable component in boilers, hydraulic equipment, air conditioners, water filters, etc; Semiconductor Manufacturing - as a noncontaminating pump control or alarm for pure water or chemicals; and in automotive plating machinery - as a level control in corrosive plating environments.

These level sensors contain hermetically sealed reed switches in the stem, and a permanent magnet in the float.

As the float rises or falls with the level of the liquid, the reed switch is activated by the magnet in the float.
