PT-L1 dynamically compensated pressure transmitters from Scientific Technologies, Automation Products Group, are now cCSAus approved for use in hazardous locations.

An intrinsically safe model is available to satisfy Class I, Div I, Groups A, B, C and D environments.

An explosion-proof model is also available to satisfy Class I, Div I, Groups C and D; Class II, Groups E, F, G; and Class III environments.

The PT-L1 family offers a solid state transducer element with a DIN electrical connection, 1/2-14 NPTM process connection and standard 4-20mA output.

They provide +/-0.25% accuracy of full scale and are available in standard ranges from 0 to 5000lb/in2.

Other process and electrical connections are available.

These pressure transmitters are precision engineered to provide accurate and reliable measurement in even the harshest of industrial pressure measurement applications, including oil and gas, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum, test equipment, liquid level measurement, press or compressor control, and pump protection, among others.
