The Data Dolphin 400 (DD-400) data monitor from Scientific Technologies, Automation Products Group is now available with cellular, spread spectrum and Wi-Fi wireless communication options, as well as a 4Mbyte nonvolatile Flash memory.

RS232 communications come as standard on all units, with Ethernet and RS485 wired communication options also available.

The configuration and data delivery software is common across each available communication option.

The DD-400 provides the precision and accuracy of a laboratory instrument in harsh field environments.

It reliably operates in temperatures ranging from -40 to +75C.

Three "C" size alkaline batteries keep the clock operating when power is off.

The broad range of input and output channels allows the user to monitor almost any type of sensing device.

All inputs include lightning and static protection.

Typical applications include automation of vendor-managed inventory, strain gauge studies, interconnection weir monitoring, meteorological studies, dispenser monitoring and pump station monitoring.
