Handle protects CPCI boards in 19in units
Schroff's HLS (High Leverage Self-locking) handle fully complies with the IEEE 1101.10 standard and is suitable for the insertion and extraction of all 19" plug-in units.
This will mean that customers will not only benefit from having access to these new cost-effective, high quality solutions from Schroff, but it also offers them additional services such as next day delivery, online ordering and enclosure configuration available from Electrospeed.
"We have a unique partnership with Schroff and are delighted to be taking on this new line, which strengthens both our Schroff offering and our portfolio of products for the networking sector," comments Debbie McBride, Electrospeed's Business Development Manager.
"We believe that together with Schroff we are offering value for money, innovative enclosure solutions with an exemplary service unrivalled anywhere in Europe." Epnet is an economic networking cabinet for applications that involve the installation of large quantities of cables, whilst Epcase is a low cost enclosure aimed at LAN applications for wall mounting in small office, home office (SoHo) environments.
The 19-inch floor standing Epnet enclosure can be used as a network centre for cabling, or as an active cabinet housing routers and switches as well as cabling.
Cable installation is made quick and easy thanks to universal access to the inner area of the enclosure, whilst careful design ensures that Epnet does not look out of place in a modern office environment.
Even weight distribution of the cabinet is ensured with feet that can be adjusted easily to compensate for uneven floors.
Epcase has been designed to ensure both ease of installation and ease of use.
Available in 10 inch and 19 inch formats, one of the major benefits of Epcase is the accessibility offered by its detachable doors and side panels, making cable routing extremely easy.
