Schroff is now offering a 10 inch version of its Epcase wall mounted distribution enclosure - a low cost option providing both ease of installation and ease of use for SOHO (small office, home office) applications.

Using a one piece C frame, formed by the rear wall and top and bottom covers of the enclosure, Epcase can easily be wall mounted by just one person, or positioned under a table, offering significant benefits in terms of space saving.

One of the major benefits of epcase is its accessibility.

It does not have corner struts that can create inaccessible sections, and its side and front doors can also be opened up to 270 degree, or detached.

These features make cable routing extremely easy.

Epcase is ideal for the installation of mini-hubs, LAN-switches and patch panels.

Cables are routed in and out of the enclosure through pre-fabricated top and bottom entrances, which can be protected by an optional brush strip.

A C-profile is included in the delivery for cable support.

The C-profile can be mounted 50mm into the grid.

As the requirements of every application are slightly different Schroff offers a comprehensive range of accessories to enable the customer to completely satisfy their specific requirements, both inside and out.

Accessories include a comprehensive range of front panels, cable support shelves, socket strips for power distribution, mounting brackets and ties, that help to achieve a tidy, safe installation.

Epcase is also available in a 19 inch format.

Both versions are protected to IP20 and are also prepared for protective GND/earth connection and comply to standard IEC60297.
