Contact strips enhance safeguarding
The SGE series of safety contact strips features moulded end caps as well as wiring plugs that are inserted directly into the safety contact for simplified assembly.
The SGE series of safety contact strips features moulded end caps as well as wiring plugs that are inserted directly into the safety contact for simplified assembly The co-extruded safety contact is an integral part of the profile, eliminating the need to 'fish' the safety contact into the profile
SGE series safety contact strips provide another solution to meet safety requirements for machine guarding applications, and can be an integral part of many comprehensive machine safeguarding solutions.
They can be used to safeguard many hazards, including gates, doors, machines and scissor lifts.
The safety contact is housed in and protected from damage by an outer covering of nonconductive rubber that allows actuation angles up to 90 degrees.
This construction offers low resistance, even in lengths exceeding 100m.
