The versatile TL8012-S safety interlock switch with guard door locking provides a total of five door and lock monitoring contacts, and locking force of 2000N, to prevent guard doors from opening until a machine reaches a safe state A lid-mounted status light provides clear visual indication when the guard door is unlocked
A rotatable head with four actuator entry positions satisfies most installation requirements.
Additionally, a variety of stainless-steel actuators, a stainless steel guide and a NEMA 6 enclosure mean users can expect long life with a minimum of one million actuations, even in applications with water washdown cleaning.
An optional key release is available that allows the guard door to be manually unlocked in an emergency.
