Although Spirol Industries is best known for inventing the coil spring pin, the company also has a full range of slotted spring pins available.

They are all detailed in a new single catalogue covering both metric and inch sizes.

The metric sizes are available in two standards ISO8752 (DIN1481) and also ASME 18.84M type B.

The ASME are noninterlocking and provide higher shear resistance.

The sizes available are from 1.5 to 20mm diameter in the metric range and 0.0625 to 0.75in diameter in the inch range.

These are available in various lengths.

The standard materials are high carbon steel CS70, austenitic stainless steel AISI 302 and martensitic stainless steel AISI 420, which are both hardened.

Beryllium copper pins are also available in the inch and metric ASME standards.

Finishes are plain oiled, zinc plated or phosphate coated.
