Spirol Industries has acquired certain assets and the on-going business of GE Bissell of England.

The company will trade as Spirol Bissell, serving customers throughout Europe.

It will distribute slotted pins (Bissell pin) and manufacture bushings, disk springs (Anaco disk springs) and spacers.

The acquisition of GE Bissell will add to Spirol's already extensive line of engineered fasteners that includes coiled and slotted spring pins, solid pins, spacers, alignment dowels, bushings, and compression limiters, as well as threaded inserts, milled brass nuts, shims, pin and insert installation equipment and vibratory parts feeders.

The existing staff at GE Bissell will continue to serve customers and Spirol expects to make a substantial investment to rejuvenate the Bissell product line.

This added production capability and distribution opportunity ensures that Spirol's customers will continue to receive the highest quality fasteners and the best customer service in the industry.
